In 1969, Gotham Pressed Steel came out with the “Joe Namath” model G-812. This game owned by the Museum is in remarkably good condition. The box cover shows some mold and wear. But the contents are well preserved.
The game board is made of fiberboard, the paper covering is bubbled at the 40 yard line, but still in good condition.
The best thing about this set is the grandstand and scoreboard. Extremely good condition and able to be put together and displayed.
Also included are the grandstand assembly instructions and the photo of Joe Namath signed “Best wishes, Joe Willie Namath”
