Found this file recently. These may be the first rules devised by “Coach K”, Kit Kinchen which ultimately led to the creation of the TOEPRO Rules.
Expert Miniature Football Rules
Coaches,
I created expert rules using some of what Tudor, leagues today, and some of what we played as a kid. I read the entire NFL Rule book and incorporated it into a shortbook for expert play. I want coaches to look it over. We believed EVERTHING should happen on the board. No dice, sticks, or too much stopping, avoiding anything that would distract from the skillset that was good play calling, execution, and some luck. I watched your leagues on the internet (thanks DSMFL and PhillyNEFL) and found them to be fun. I love the monster “TOC” board and found it to provide the most realistic play in the hobby. A four foot inbound length was optimum. We played a style where TTC bases were the best thing to have and the defense HAD to defend the entire field because the offense did not give away run locations based on formations until it was too late and passes were executed. The quarterback/coach needed to read blocking schemes and have an array of passing skills. Blitzes, if timed right, could shoot a gap and wreck the entire play or get caught over pursuing and burned by cutbacks from a patient runner. Zone defenses, contain LBs and my twin brother’s favorite “Cover-3 Pinch Willie Blitz” was the entire rave. The kicking game was just as important and not this bullet kick stuff, but real (scaled) distances. Returns were possible also. The game moved along quickly and it started with this simple yet profound component “Defense goes first”. Observe my rule book, examine each procedure, and try it. You might like it EMFers.

TOEPRO Solitaire Electric Football
📓Coaches,
I sometimes practiced schemes and plays by myself as a kid to prepare for competition in my neighborhood league. This, in my later years, became known to me as “Solitaire Gameplay”. TOEPRO Football is no exception to this case and the same philosophy will be applied to it.
Only teams and a football will determine the fate of the game. The offense will select its plays and act as an offense does. We build your confidence in passing, punting and kicking the ball because the ball must fly. We have created a “tiered results” for beginners to keep play moving along. A defense will scheme and react also.
The variable is an item used in football…a coin.
The rules are the same as it relates to gameplay. Leading to an understanding of the laws, rules, rights and privileges of American professional football contained within the TOEPRO Football Manual. Playing TOEPRO Football at the advanced level with another coach is the ultimate method. We placed a quick reference to play against a friend, but if you can’t, here is the next best thing until you find someone.

Creating the new 2022 Season TOEPRO Football Rulebook for Tudor Games is a pleasure and truly a labor of love. When professional football change, we change.
It has changes based on the law and rules of the game.
This is an inclusive version of The Official Electric Playing Rules of Football.
Easy to read (16 pages in booklet format) for enjoyment while playing with kids, adults, first time coaches or just returning to game who want to play as close to American Football as possible. Playing by these rules will excite your desire to play the advanced gameplay version as your skills progress.
As you, the coaches who will try and play TOEPRO Football, find something that needs adjusting, feel free to state your concerns about it. Should your league decide to incorporate some of the procedures, go for it. I would be flattered, not frustrated by it. You helped to create this, enjoy it. I have said that TOEPRO Football has covered EVERYTHING, so the only thing you need to bring is your team and footballs. The same thing a coach brings, along with a game plan, strategy and as much as possible, let the players play.
