The Lynn “Weirdwolf” Schmidt Collection

Recently I was able to visit the Kansas City Area and the home of current NEFGM Board Member and former MFCA President Lynn “Weirdwolf” Schmidt.

If you are not familiar with the “Weirdwolf” you can catch a glimpse of him on TV if the Chiefs are playing a home game at Arrowhead Stadium. It seems he always gets some “air time” at every game. That’s because Lynn is somewhat of a local and national celebrity when it comes to anything to do with the Kansas City Chiefs. Just check out his Facebook Page.

Lynn was gracious enough to allow me to visit his home in Parkville, MO, tour the “Wolf’s Den” and donate some personal items and items of historical significance to the museum and the Miniature Football Coaches Association (MFCA)

Below are some photo galleries of the items that was donated by Lynn to the museum.

By far, this is the largest collection of “artifacts” donated to the museum, to date and over the next several weeks I will be going through it more thoroughly, cataloging and documenting it.  So keep an eye out for updates to the Museum website.

Thanks again Lynn for the donations!! Always and very much appreciated!!
