Wally Jabs is a name that has been known around the Electric Football Community for many years. I first heard about Wally from an article in the Spring 1997 issue of “Plugged In!!” – the Official Newsletter of Electric Football published by Miggle Toys, then the maker of Electric Football Games. Wally had finished as the runner-up of the Super Bowl 3 of Electric Football Tournament held in Chicago.
Wally is probably best known for his Base Manipulation 101 and 102 publications for tweaking bases but he also helped to organize and run two leagues. Wally recently donated the following files of his League Rules and the first 3 issues of “Off Tackel a newsletter that he authored in 1997 and 1998.
